Order Acceptance Policy:

The reception of an electronic order confirmation issued by our website www.nado-flowers.com does not guarantee that your order will be successfully processed. Our Secure Payment Gateway Company www.2checkout.com might take up to 24 hours to verify the credibility of your Credit Card info, upon verification the order will be automatically delivered.

Shipping and Delivery:

The site enables you to deliver anywhere in Lebanon, other countries might be covered. Use the contact form to inquire about the details. Upon delivery & in case the recipient is absent we may leave a parcel at the front door or leave a message in the mailbox.

Order Cancellation:

Nado-Flowers.com does not allow orders to be edited or cancelled within forty-eight (48) hours of the requested delivery date, or within the seven (7) days prior to Christmas, Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, because of our extremely high volume of orders during these times. We accept cancellations of orders before at least 48 hours from delivery date and by email. In that case, a 10% processing fee from the total order amount will be retained to cover initial payment and order processing.

Product Return Procedures:

For non perishable items, any returns must be subject to a formal agreement between Nado-Flowers.com and the buyer. For any returns accepted by us, in the case of a visible defect or the non-conformity of the products delivered, we will allow the buyer to obtain the free replacement or the restitution of a credit note to his benefit, exclusive of any other indemnity or damages.

Exclusion of Liability:

Nado-Flowers.com is not responsible for:
- Flowers, plants, and other perishable items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.
- Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender.
- Decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender.
- Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.
